The Lord God Almighty is the creator, he creates things.
The Lord created the heavens and the earth, he commanded, and it was created. Genesis 1 verse 1-3 says In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.2 And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.3 And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.
To create means to bring something into existence.
Whatever it is you need the Lord God Almighty can create it for you, he can bring it into existence. The lord can provide for you, he is the creator.
What are you in need of, call upon God to help you and he will. Philippians 4:19 says But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.
The lord God Almighty will provide for you, call upon him and he will hear and answer you.
